Took my Tuscon for a simple oil change. Got there early, about 30 min before my appointment. Even with that, we did not get the car back until more than 2 hrs later. This was un acceptable. It would have been more, had I not asked about the status of my vehicle. The Service Tech had gone to lunch and apparently didn't inform anyone and/or they don't have procedures in place to keep this from happening. Usually I am pleased. Not today. That should not happen at a dealership that has been on business this long or they need better worker evaluations.
