Everytime I have my vehicles serviced at Bob Howard Toyota is the best service experience I have ever had. Even when it's news you don't want to hear everyone is compassionate and helpful to resolve your issue. I have worked in dealerships for 20 years and never been around a better service team.

The service department was amazing. I always go there to have my routine maintenance done. Every time I go it's always a great experience. Today was extremely busy. Gino and the service manager were both showing that cars were getting checked in quickly. Cars were moving out quickly Gino seem to be running the flow of the incoming and outgoing cars. The sales manager was making sure that everybody was taking care of. He was floating around. I always seem to get a different service advisor and they are always very helpful, explain what my car is needing , I just love the service I get from the service department. I believe it starts from the top and it shows from the leadership of the service manager. Let's not forget Gino every time I go in it's on Saturday and of course the busiest day he's always running smiling. Can he really enjoy His job. The best personality and customer service from him.

Service Dept does good job. Friendly service rep, reasonable prices, but not very timely delivery. Took muck longer than expected.

IRA Toyota is a great place to come for service. The service advisor was a great guy, pleasant to deal with, very knowledgable, explained perfectly to me about was my car needed, what would cost me to repair my car and the most important for me was how the work by the mechanic was progressing. Beside all of that I've noticed the waiting area was very clean and the coffee provided by the dealership was very good and I honestly like that.

Out standing group of people there they helped me get the truck I wanted over the phone allowed me to get there after work and were very nice and helpful

I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. When I call I'm scheduled immediately for service. Although the service is expensive, I never have a problem after the service has been completed. The service advisors are fairly honest with recommended services my car need. I live out of town and come to this dealership for the special treatment I always receive. Keep up the good work!
