I went in for a wheel and tire repair by appointment, They went above & beyond to make it convenient as possible for me. It was a (Drop off) they gave me an estimate time of pick up and when everything was all done& ready to go they sent a text to my cell phone & a courteous phone call to follow up, Very processional! my advisor was JOEY if he was tied up with something else he made sure to get someone else to take care of me. I like to see an establishment go above & beyond to work as a team to get the job done! Thanks BMW clearlake!
